Information Required When Reporting a Trouble

When reporting or escalating a trouble, please provide the following information:

  • Company
  • Type of Service and Service ID of service in trouble
  • Contact name
  • Callback number
  • Ticket number provided, if escalating
  • Type of trouble experienced
  • Time of trouble
